The problem
Event production is bought on two things: what the setup looks like, and whether the vendor can be trusted to turn up and get it right. Aeonix had the work and the reputation, but no way to show either — every enquiry arrived by phone or referral, with nothing to send a bride's family or a college event coordinator comparing vendors. They were losing enquiries at the exact moment someone was ready to shortlist. The site also had to handle a constant stream of new event photos — anything they'd need to call us to update would go stale within a month.
What we did
WhatsApp-first enquiries
The main call to action doesn't open a contact form — it opens WhatsApp with the message already written. One tap and the conversation has started, with the enquiry already framed. For a customer planning a wedding on their phone, that removes almost every reason to hesitate.
Service pages split by how people actually search
Rather than one page listing everything, the services are broken into six distinct offerings — corporate events, special effects, parties, event production and technology, family functions, and Christian events and weddings — so each page speaks to one buyer and can rank on its own terms.
A gallery the client controls
Built on WordPress with Elementor so the Aeonix team uploads photos after every event without going through us. A fully custom build would have loaded faster, but for a business whose portfolio grows every weekend, client-editable won.
Measurement from day one
Google Tag Manager and Search Console were configured at launch, not bolted on later, with full Open Graph and Twitter card markup so shared links preview with real imagery on WhatsApp and Instagram.
